Hand picked talent
We prefer our team to be made up of people we have either directly worked with or that come highly recommended to us from our extended and trusted network. If we can’t readily find resources from our network that have the right skills then we “create” them – we give them both the formal training and “on the job” training, allowing them to learn by working alongside our experienced team. What’s important to us is the right attitude and work ethic, if they have this then we can teach them the technical skills and turn them into the types of resources we need. We also invest significantly in our staff to develop them into subject matter experts and industry leaders of the future – if our staff do leave, we want to ensure they are better than when they arrived.
